Maintain the 2013 Federal Tuition Assistance program

Created by C.M. on December 08, 2013

Once again the Army soldiers who depend on FTA for school are suffering cuts. With the new 2014 budget, it was decided that our soldiers - who already get little for what it is they do - will feel the effects of the governments poor budgeting choices.

Under the new policy, soldiers will only have 16 semester hours covered (approximately a quarter and a half, 24 credit hours). We need to send a message saying it's unacceptable to keep cutting benefits for our soldiers and their families, who already struggle enough.
