Maintain equality between the powers of the federal government, the states, and the people as inacted by our founders.

The rights of the people and many states by have been "infringed" upon.
The 1st amendment: The Right to BE.
The 2nd: The right to PROTECT that right.
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Gov't for a redress of grievances."
"A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."
The right to bear arms has been infringed upon and is not only Unconstitutional, against the ideals of the founding of such a country and balanced gov't, but it infringes upon the ability to protect our human rights.
