Maintain the Ground Combat Exclusion Policy enacted in 1994.

The Ground Combat Exclusion Policy was enacted in 1994. This act bans women from participating in direct combat (hunter killer) missions. I am an advocate of women's rights, but males produce testosterone and are effectively stronger. Many women have been WIA and KIA and their sacrifices are just as meaningful as any man. However, there is a difference between being at the tip of the spear and catching fire in the rear. This seems to be a political move by Leon Panetta (who served 2 years in the Army, both as an intelligence officer) to gain a liberal platform for his political future.
