To maintain a continuing presence of American ground combat troops in Afghanistan numbering above 10,000 to full prosecute military actions against Taliban and Al Qaeda so they cannot maintain the ability to mount attacks against the United States and our interests world wide. The full removal of ground combat troops from Afghanistan will fully allow the Taliban to regain control from a inept and ill lead Afghan government and military causing Afghanistan to return to a pre 2011 state and the ability to harbour terror training camps and bases for staging attacks against regional neighbouring countries.
