We the people of the United States are granted specifically the freedoms of speech and expression. Also protected is the freedom to petition for changes.
Those signing petitions to secede from the union who are not engaged in active criminal activity are expressing these rights, as defended within the first amendment in the Bill of Rights.
Their rights are being expressed within a proper format, in a non violent manner and must endure. Any penalization by any persons, groups, organizations or political figures in response to use of expression protected by the first amendment unconstitutional and a felony under federal law.
Under these existing amendments we demand no penalty to those acting upon their constitutionally protected individual rights.
