This petition is to urge the federal government, in support of the sanctity of marriage, to consider legislation to render divorce of heterosexual couples illegal. While the battle against homosexuality rages on, making divorce illegal would take the divorce rate in the United States from a staggering 50% (for first marriages), 67% (for second marriages) and 74% (for third marriages) down to 0%. In support of "Till death do you part", I'm surprised this has never been a larger issue in this country.
