Maintain six day delivery of mail.

Created by C.C. on July 04, 2013

The USPS has been delivering mail to city and rural citizens since the founding of our great nation.

No other organization touches every home, every day. This personal touch, communication, and service provided by carriers every day help ensure the stability safety and dignity of our citizens.

While many claim they can permit package delivery but suspend letter mail on Saturday, there is no mechanism to mandate which packages are delivered and which are not. Therefore pill bottles wrapped in tyvek type wrappers wound not be classed as packages. Supplies such as needles, tubes, and other medical supplies could be left for Monday, deterring the needs of citizens nationwide.

The constitution mandates a postal service. We must mandate that it reaches each of us every day, equally.
