We the people demand all winners of races for all federal offices be determined by a majority of ballots cast, with runoff elections required among the top 2 vote getters for anyone not receiving a majority of ballots cast in all primary and general elections. And that the Office of President of The United States of America be determined by a majority of ballots cast thus requiring a constitutional change eliminating the Electoral College.
We ask that you use your bully pulpit to move forward legislation that produces a true democracy and thwart all other attachments or desires to add additional changes of legislation and /or Constitutional changes to the process. We believe in the ability of the majority of the people to make such decisions in a fair and objective way.
