Make the 21st Amendment, the Ending of Prohibition, a Nationally Recognized Observance on December 5th

Created by G.W. on December 05, 2013

This is a significant day in millions of Americans lives that do not even realize when it happened. That glass of wine, that beer, that mixed drink; you can thank the ending of Prohibition for that. We celebrate Cinco de Mayo as if it was our own, yet we do not celebrate a very important day in our own history. To give you some perspective, Black Friday and Cyber Monday are celebrated observances. Can we not join together to recognize this important day in history as well?
