This Amendment would make it a constitutional right for same sex couples to be married. This law would not require any organization to marry a couple. It would simply allow some sort of venue for a same sex couple to have the same rights as anyone. As it states in the constitution of these United States the people are entitled to 3 unalienable rights "Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness"
