Make the 2nd Amendment, Unchangable, Above Any Other Law of The Constitution, In Order For The People To Have a Defense

Make the 2nd amendment unchangeable, in order for the people to defend themselves against any enemy, foriegn, or domestic. Make it a felony (punishable by imprisonment and deportation) for any foriegner to come into the United States, or it's territories, on vacation, or to live here, and for that person(s) to try to Change, subvert, or attack our 2nd amendment. Strenghthen laws that specify that it is the duty of all of the people of the United States to Defend themeselves and their fellow countrymen/woman against any enemy, especially a tyranical Government. The people of the tyranical government that are caught conspiring against the people, are to be brought to justice, and tried for treason. Other Countries arrest, or execute any foriegner, or citizen that tries to subvert their laws.
