Make 6 work days the maximum number of days a company can work it's employees on a mandatory basis

Some employees at my job have worked over a year with out a scheduled off day 10 hrs a day 7 days a week. And when their bodies break down and they can't preform the nessary quota they are terminated as thanks for their hard work. This is destroying families and people's will. The company has no consideration for the employees families or their state of being. Instead of hiring and proper training of new employees or scaling back the operation to relieve workers of stress and fatigue they continue to work employees 10 hours a day with no reprieve. We know this happens in other places other than my job site. Please help or families and our health and others around the country that are being broken mentally and physically for company profits
