On December 6th 1865, The Thirteenth Amendment Was Adopted, Abolishing Slavery & Involuntary Servitude. Before This Date African Americans Were Not Constitutionally Allowed Freedom, Nor Independence. December 6th Is African Americans True Independence Day. It Should Be Nationally Recognized & Celebrated As Such.
