To the President and Congress of the United States of America:
The citizens of the United States of America, in the aftermath of the tragedy of September 11, 2001, hereby request that a national holiday be set aside as a national day of honor and remembrance for the victims, families, heroes and all other lifes affected by the terrorist attacks.
We the undersigned, are asking the leaders of this great nation, to set aside September 11th as a national holiday to be observed annually by all Americans and the generations of Americans yet to come.
