make 9/11 a national holiday that honors those people who have fallen due to terrorist attacks.

We should have a new national holiday each year on 9/11 called "National Remembrance Day" to honor all the people who have fallen to terrorism, such as the attacks on 09/11/2001, the Oklahoma City bombing, etc.
