Abortion is the murder of unborn babies, which disregards and violates their rights as humans. I move that abortion be made illegal. In order for this to happen, Roe v. Wade will have to be overturned. It can be done under the power granted to Congress in Article III, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution to limit the appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court: The Supreme Court shall have appellate jurisdiction, both as to law and fact, with such exceptions, and under such regulations as the Congress shall make. It can be overturned by means of either a constitutional amendment or getting the U.S. Supreme to reverse its previous decision. The sanctity of human life is fleeting. Please take a stand and put a stop the the killing of unborn babies!
