Abortions should not be allowed anywhere to anyone unless they have aids, which is passed on to the fetus.. If that child lives, it's mother or father will be dead, leaving it to live in foster care or some other system. If the child isn't aborted while it's in the womb and developing, it'll be born and die after a few years which is sadder the the abortion it's self in that case.. Any child who is 16 or younger should have the choice to abort due to the fact they are children and can not properly care for a child at a young age. it should be an option for sure but if that same child gets pregnant again, they should have to keep it.
