Should a person at or above the Age of Consent in the jurisdiction where the act(s) is/are committed, be found Guilty of Knowingly and Deliberately having, or in some way causing, an underage person to engage with others (with or without consent) in Sex, Torture or Murder, shall be subject to punishment of not less than lifetime medical treatment AND Lifetime Probation, up to a punishment of Death...at the discretion of the Court and/or Jury. Punishment of incarceration, only, is NOT an option. There shall be NO Statute of Limitations.
