The Caylee Anthony Act would make Parents responsibile to report their kids and provide Law Enforcement with more information.
The Act would also require Parents who have a history of Violence or Child Abuse. To be under full Suverillance by Law Enforcement Officials until the Investigation is Complete.
The Act would protect Children from being Abducted and hurt by Criminals. It would also require Parents who have Child Abuse charges on their record to be Placed on the Caylee Anthony Act to Protect Children from Abusive Parents or any Adult.
