Cetaceans (whales and dolphins) are extremely intelligent and sentient beings. They have complex and loving family structures, and they are being tortured and abused by the companies that keep them in captivity by separating the young from their mothers and, initially, by abducting them from their families in the wild. These beings are more intelligent than we humans can even fathom and they don't deserve to be treated the way they are being treated by humans. It is a disgrace that we have allowed this terrible treatment to persist even as we are getting more and more educated on the damage that keeping them in captivity is doing to them. Please make strides in condemning this cruel practice, so that these beautiful creatures can be free from human tyrannical abuse for profit.
