Military personnel, especially in the enlisted ranks, are some of the lowest paid full time employees in the country. They routinely put their lives on the line, performing their duty in whatever capacity the country asks of them. It is time that the Nation exempts our military from the burden of paying federal income tax on their earnings. Our military takes care of us and protects our freedoms, it's time we take care of them.
