I support President Obama’s latest executive action on immigration, however, I believe at least six months of community service or jail time should be added. The United States is a nation that was founded by immigrants and I support any parent who is trying to make a better life for their children, but the U.S. has been a unified country with laws since 1776. To the rest of the world we may be a "young country," but we have the oldest government. That means our laws have been in place for 238 years. Charging only taxes to illegal immigrants who’ve been breaking known laws for years is unjust and not in line with the rule of law! Not even natural born or legal citizens enjoy such absolution of crime.
