Members of Congress routinely exempt themselves from laws they pass. Currently, they and their families enjoy health care benefits that are not afforded to the general public. We the people believe that all laws passed by our elected representatives should apply equally to all US citizens, including Senators, Representatives, and federal officials, elected or appointed. We believe that universal health care should be truly universal. Eat what you cook, Congress!
