Make alcohol a controlled substance since like marijuana it is associated with addiction and cognitive impairment.

The Obama administration clearly has an agenda against the legalization or decriminalization of marijuana with claims that suggest the plant is illegal due to it's "addictive" properties as well as it's link to cognitive impairment. They also claim that marijuana's potency has increased over the years. However, the same can be said of alcohol and cigarettes yet these products remain perfectly legal in the United States.
