Title the bill required as the "Patriots Act".
Change tax law to exempt active duty military, active duty retirees, and reserves/national guard on active duty from paying federal taxes.
Result would be an increase in military members pay benefiting the economy and allowing some members to provide for their families without using welfare programs.
As 1% of the population serves this country impact would be minimal and it could also be seen as a recruiting tool.
