We are fighting for shelters not to put down animals. There is only one reason for an animal to be put down, if they are sick, not because the shelters are running out of room or the animal has not been adopted yet. There are plenty of people who are willing to foster animals, or help with the adoption process. We think that if an animal is in pain, or is really sick, then it's fine to put them down.
