Make all candidates for national office; pay their opponent, from their own funds, when they run negative campaign ads.

Created by J.J. on January 05, 2012

The FCC requires companies to pay their competitors when they use their name in a commercial. If a company wants to to run a negative ad about a product, they must pay that company a predetermined amount. If candidates were required to pay into the campaign funds of their opponents when they ran ads that describe their opponent's weaknesses or past mistakes, then maybe those candidates would spend more commercial air-time talking about their own successes, accomplishments, and their dreams for the future of America That is what I want to hear..
