We respectfully ask the Obama administration to make all United States children get a k-12 education. The "No Child Left Behind" does not work because our children still do not get an education, and pass even if they do not learn the material. We propose that each child that drops out of school or is expelled from school be remanded to a juvenile facility until such time that they complete their education. Furthermore we ask that the government make such facilities in each state specifically for this purpose. We are tired of our children giving up on education, and therefore putting a strain on our economy.
