Make all of the coins manufactured by the U.S. Mint available to the public at no more than the coin's Denominated Value

The coins offered by the U.S. Mint for purchase are only sold for higher than their numerated face value.

Any coin offered for circulation of being U.S. Currency should be sold at its face value regardless of its metallic composition.

This also prevents the public from being able to obtain coins of currency at their face value for which they are advertised of having but are sold for more than their face value.
