Make all congressional pay raises a a public vote instead of a congressional vote.

I think it's time that senators and house representatives got to decide what they make. In most jobs the boss gets to decide if you get a raise or not. Isn't it time that American citizen (who are essentially the bosses of people in congress) got to decide the raises for the men and women they elect?
