We the people hereby decree that all crime be considered illegal in all current provinces and states/city-states that currently exist in the United States.
The reason being that if a crime is committed, such as murder, the murderer should be held accountable for their actions and not allowed to run around murdering anymore people. If we do this, criminals would become nonexistent.
Yes, crime is somewhat illegal now, but who actually enforces that? I mean come on. It only makes sense to outlaw this fiendish philosophy once and for all.
