All police that are on duty should wear a body cameras. Police should wear a body camera because there are too many problems with police brutality. With body cameras officers are less likely to engage in rude or inappropriate behavior and citizens are less likely to be aggressive and resistant. If police were to wear body cameras, there would be less sexual misconduct. The only bad thing will be invading the police and the citizens’ privacy. Body cameras can help strengthen the policing profession as these cameras can help promote agency, accountability, and transparency. They can be useful tools for increasing officer professionalism, improving officer training, preserving evidence, and documenting encounters with the public.
