We the people elect officials to office. And if you want to be elected it should be to make America more efficient and a better place to succeed in. So to do that if you really care, when elected your pay will be minimum wage. There will be term limits. You do not get better health care than the average American and you do not get lifetime retirement for your service. That way whoever wants to run and help is doing it for the good of the Country and not for money and greed.
