Make all ethnic groups truly equal per our constitution by removing all special grants and funding per ethnic type.

I believe we need to feel equal in the united states to stop all of the racial fighting going on today. We will never stop racism until we get down to the root of the problem. Certain ethnic groups receive special money from the government just for their color...this needs to stop. The past is the past and indians receiving funds also needs to stop. The labeling granting us special rights and money needs to be removed and special treatment per our ethnic group needs to cease. We then would be equals!
