Mr. President, I am a college student that believes all expenses related to higher education, especially textbooks and tuition, should be tax deductible. If you really want to help our children lead the world in intelligence and innovation this must happen. I am not saying this will be the solution. I am saying this is a small step in the right direction. I leave this up to you Sir, and to the American People.
