Make all forms of schooling 100% optional on a day per day basis. School should be used as a resource, not a demand.

The people demand resource, the resources do not demand the people! We shall have freedom from K-12. Attendance, unless a private school, should not be an element. "Core-curriculum" should not be required, simply a recommendation. A long story short, the people shall not contain the obligations to attend K-12, but shall have the options to do so. School is a great resource, if used as one.
