To make all forms of social media,ex:Facebook, etc. be required to abide by the ideals of free speechwithout censorship

To Mandate that all social media, such as Facebook, Twitter etc., by nature being a form of public speech is to be held to federal standards of freedom of speech, without ant site-imposed censorship.
