Make all gun owners pay a yearly fee to put armed guards at our schools and to compensate families for related violence.

Gun related killings, especially massacres like we have been seeing in Schools, public places, and places of worship has got to end. The NRA's recent proposal to put an arm guard in every school is a costly proposal so this petition puts that responsibility on the gun owners themselves. If passed, the law will require that gun owners pay a yearly fee to pay for this service as well as compensation to those families and loved ones in those cases where armed guards fail to protect them.
