Make all insurance companies cover all hospitals and all health care facilities in the United States of America.

Many Americans have been sick and tired of going to a specialist or hospital, for a mandatory operation, only to be turned away because their insurance doesn't cover that health care establishment. And to keep calling your insurance provider to see if they cover this hospital network, or that specialist is just absurd. If every hospital, specialist, health care network, etc. was covered by every insurance company, then there would be no problems and there would be a much healthier population.
