I had judges of California impair the terms of a contract, violate terms disclosed under the Federal Disclosure Laws for Consumer Loans and by so doing denied my right to sue a bank.
I sued in federal court. The judges admitted the impairments and denying my rights. Under precedent and the Federal Papers the judges of the federal were required to declare the acts of the State Judges void as Judges have no authority to impair a contract.
The refused to do so, gave the judges complete immunity and dismissed my suit completely. This violates the Constitution prohibition on states to not impair contract, denied the right to enforce a contract, and therefore denied due process and equal protection.
UNDER OUR CONSTITUTION NO ONE IS GRANTED IMMUNITY FROM IT.
