city police are not trained in the same manners ,or people skills that our veterans learn first hand that special little bit you get from experience and seasoning of true situations some times very stressful they no not all situations call for a bullet ,there more comfortable ,and it will be exactly what our post traumatic stress vets need and cant get upon returning home its perfectly made for our vets , it will take stress off the budget federal payouts would be manageable to a better point all around its perfect
