If a citizen has completed all the necessary steps to obtain a permit to carry a concealed firearm in the state in which they live, then that permit shall be valid in all 50 states.
Law-abiding citizens who pass a background check and complete all safety courses, in compliance with their state of residence to receive a CCW, shall be authorized to envoke their 2nd Amendment Right and be able to protect themselves and others.
