Same-Gender marriage should be made legal in the states where is is banned, because marriage about love, not gender, so why should someone say that two people cannot get married? Marriage should be for everyone, because America is "The Land of Opportunity", and marriage is a privilege. Furthermore, people who use homophobic remarks, such as saying same-gender marriage is against their religion are incorrect, because it says no where in the bible, Quran, or any where else that people of the same gender may not get married.
