Make ALL medical fields do a 'sliding fee scale' for the low income and uninsured people of America. I can get some medical care cheap, but when it comes to Radiology department's they charge an uninsured person full price and expect them to make payments when they can't even afford to live. The pharmacies charge what they want, when they want on prescription meds. One month they will charge you one price and then the next month they charge you 10-20 dollars more. When medications to try to be healthy enough to keep working costs more then what income you bring in, how can a person survive? Medicaid wants you to have children (when you are over the age of 40) or to be disabled for more then 12 months in order for them to help. Where has our equal right gone?
