The NSA's technology, "reach", gross misuse of paower (that is un-constitutional) has gotten out of hand.
The American People must have a way of holding the NSA accountable for its actions, and by supplying the American Populace with a detailed list of all monetary exchanges is a start.
Many would argue "Those numbers are classified for a reason". But ask yourself this, what is more important,the privacy of the people all over the world, or the NSA maintaining "OPSEC" (Operational Security) and being able to hide their every action.
I make this petition in hopes that when the NSA's expenditures are made available for all to see, that the American people will have the knowledge they need to make a sound decision.
We deserve a fighting chance.
