Make all non undercover or special use vehicles have visable Markings it should be illegal to have blacked out markings

As with window tint varying in laws I find more and more non undercover or special use police vehicles have almost blacked out markings and almost non visable I've seen various enforcement agency's in my 20 mi radius have the normal visable Markings as they should there here to help citizens but a handful big and small are going with a blacked out non visable look I feel there should be a law against this
