Make pain killers such as oxycodone in way that makes them impossible to crush up so they can be snorted or injected by addicts. Also would like to see a real government funded long term rehab. I'd rather spend my tax dollars helping people recover rather than paying for them to sit at home on welfare getting high. Any Federal handouts like our welfare system should come with mandatory monthly drug screenings, the people paying for these programs have to be tested at thief jobs, so the people receiving benefits should be tested as well.
