Make all people pay into the social security fund including all members Govt. and Non - Govt. workers and agencies.

All US citizens need to pay into the Social Security fund. Their should be no special groups, Government or otherwise, which are exempt or have SPECIAL (their own), retirement plans which exclude them from Social Security withholding and Social Security benefits. This will help secure the future of Social Security and go along way in helping maintain benefits well into the future. This includes
Congress. What is good for all US citizens should also be good for Congress. They would certainly make sure Social Security was fair for all, if they were also participating in the program.
