There's nothing to be ashamed of when receiving assistance, unless you can afford to use drugs but not lifes necessities. This country may be able to afford to help more hard working, drug free AMERICANS if they cut back on helping the ones who do ask for help while supporting an illegal habit. Make anyone who applies for government assistance pass an initial drug test, and agree to randomized drug screenings for the remainder of their use of assistance.
