On behalf of all tax paying Americans. Any person receiving Government assistance, be it Medicare, Medicaid, Food stamps, Disability or any other such assistance, should be required by law, to submit to a drug and alcohol screening. There after,submitting to random drug and alcohol screenings for as long as assistance is needed. If one should fail any such screening, they should not be allowed to receive any funds other than, Medicaid and/or food stamps for qualifying minor children within the household,while providing proof of how such funds were used, until such persons are able to pass said screenings. Our Government monies should not be used to purchase drugs, or Alcohol products. These programs are for the benefit of the less fortunate and should be used in the way intended.
